近期，我院不断拓展对俄语国家的交流合作业务，丰富我院对中亚等前苏联国家的课题项目，成功举办线上学术交流活动的同时，加深对当地地缘政治领域的探讨交流，其中我院成功聘请吉尔吉斯斯坦«Ой Ордо»智库中心主任伊戈尔作为专家顾问，该中心基本情况如下:
«Ой Ордо»《奥伊奥尔多》专家倡议中心汇聚了中亚、上合组织、独联体、欧亚经济联盟及集安组织国家在政治、安全、经济、移民、教育领域的顶尖专家。该中心是中亚地区领先的专家平台之一，在其框架下举办国际会议与圆桌论坛，聚焦区域安全强化、经济一体化推进、生物安全保障等核心议题，以及吉尔吉斯斯坦与战略伙伴的合作问题及发展前景。
中心合作伙伴包括吉尔吉斯斯坦经济商务部、外交部、国防部，吉尔吉斯斯坦总统办公厅代表、最高会议议员、社会组织及主流媒体代表均曾参与中心相关活动。
Recently, our institute has been continuously expanding our exchange and cooperation business with Russian speaking countries, enriching our research projects in Central Asia and other former Soviet countries. While successfully holding online academic exchange activities, we have deepened our exploration and exchange in the local geopolitical field. Among them, our institute has successfully hired Igor, the director of the Gilgistan Think Tank Center, as an expert consultant. The basic information of the center is as follows:
The “Aoerdo” Expert Initiative Center brings together top experts from Central Asia, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Eurasian Economic Union, and the Collective Security Organization in the fields of politics, security, economy, immigration, and education. The center is one of the leading expert platforms in Central Asia, hosting international conferences and roundtable forums within its framework, focusing on core issues such as strengthening regional security, promoting economic integration, biosecurity, as well as cooperation issues and development prospects between Kyrgyzstan and strategic partners.
The center’s partners include the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan, representatives of the Office of the President of Kyrgyzstan, members of the Supreme Council, representatives of social organizations and mainstream media, all of whom have participated in the center’s related activities.
